Nautical Blu’s main export product is Wild scampi (Metanephrops Andamanicus/ Mozambicus) that is caught in deep waters in the Mozambique channel, then frozen on board in head-on form and transported to the processing factory where it is processed into scampi tails, There it is graded, blast frozen and packed ready for export into Europe.The secondary product is Pink prawn/shrimp (Halipoirades Triathrus). Their availability is year round (fishing and weather conditions dependant). Products presentations and packaging/ labelling could be tailored to meet customers’ requirement and made fit for export anywhere in the world.
